Return conditions:

All products sold by Shoppingeasy.it come with an attached invoice. We remind you we do not accept returned products unless they are in the same condition in which they were delivered to you.

To obtain your Return Number, you must contact us by the contact form within 20 days from the date in which you received your order.

The package must then be delivered to the courier within 20 days from the date in which you received your order. If you are returning more than one item from the same order, they must be sent in a single delivery Shoppingeasy.it cannot accept multiple returns of items from the same order.
